Womens Day Tour, Pre-Launch Event

In the lead-up to the launch of the Tiwa Savage Music Foundation, Tiwa Savage and the Berklee team engaged with key cultural, institutional, and creative spaces across Lagos. From conversations with stakeholders to visits to historic and contemporary creative hubs — including the Bank of Industry, NOK by Alara, the National Theatre, MUSON Centre, and the Fela Kuti Shrine — these moments reflect a deliberate approach to building with context, understanding, and intention. These engagements were not symbolic. They were foundational — grounding the initiative within the existing cultural and industry landscape, and reinforcing a shared commitment to the future of African music.
