How we use media
During TSMF programmes and events, professional photographers and videographers may capture images and footage of participants, faculty, and attendees. This content is used to document our work, share our story, and celebrate the artists we serve.
We are committed to using media responsibly and only with your consent. The information below explains what you are consenting to and how you can manage that consent.
1What we may capture
- Photographs during workshops, performances, and events.
- Video footage for documentary, promotional, and social media use.
- Audio recordings of performances or public statements.
- Interview recordings where you have separately agreed to participate.
2How we may use it
- On the TSMF website and social media channels.
- In press releases and media coverage.
- In grant reports and impact documentation.
- In fundraising and partnership materials.
- In future programme marketing and promotional content.
3What we will not do
- Sell your likeness to third parties.
- Use your image in a misleading or defamatory context.
- Use media of minors without parent/guardian consent.
- Continue to use your image after a withdrawal of consent is received.
4Your rights
- You may withdraw consent at any time by emailing media@tiwasavagemusicfoundation.org.
- We will remove identifiable images within a reasonable timeframe upon request.
- You may request access to media in which you appear.
